PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager at Tiller Global, Necia leverages her management skills and expertise in the nonprofit, and public sectors to drive successful outcomes. She is passionate about facilitating relationships and creating clear channels of communication to encourage collaboration within her project teams. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah, Necia excels at strategic and financial organization, and she has a proven track record in finding creative solutions to support our wide spectrum of clients.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Andrew manages projects and events for Tiller clients. With over six years of experience consulting for the International Olympic Committee and various Olympic Organizing Committees, Andrew’s project management is motivated by a global perspective and a strong attention to detail. His clients have included organizations such as Oceankind, the Rockefeller Foundation, Takeda, and the Science Philanthropy Alliance.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Arabic from Brigham Young University.

Sarah manages projects and events for Tiller clients. She brings a broad range of experience from working in the non-profit, public, and consulting sectors.
Prior to joining Tiller, Sarah spent five years in the transportation field working on high-profile, cutting-edge and politically volatile projects. Before that, she worked for socio-economic justice in South Africa. She excels at defining project strategy and implementing the details to achieve client goals.
Sarah holds a Master of Philosophy in Justice and Transformation from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Maureen leads project teams for Tiller. She excels at negotiating complex organizations and coordinating programs involving high-profile clientele.
Maureen’s career spans language, protocol, and events management for global organizations and worldwide programs. She has held senior-level staff positions and advisory roles for the International Olympic Committee, the United States Olympic Committee, and nine Olympic Organizing Committees. In addition, Maureen has supported other international organizations including the Clinton Global Initiative, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and One Heart World-Wide. Recently, Maureen served as event manager for the 2013 Global Vaccine Summit in Abu Dhabi. Maureen worked as the Protocol/Green Room manager at CGI, which hosted as many as 120 heads of state and government at a single meeting, as well as numerous celebrities, politicians, and international philanthropists.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on Latin America from the University of Oregon.

Elizabeth manages projects, plans logistics, implements strategy, and leads trip-planning for Tiller clients. With extensive experience working with high-profile groups, she has developed and designed learning and advocacy trips throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Elizabeth excels at managing complex projects spanning multiple time zones, languages, and cultures to build programs that consistently exceed expectations. She ensures that her client’s strategic vision is clearly defined and implemented.
Elizabeth’s clients have included organizations such as the United Nations Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, ONE, and the Ireland Funds. Elizabeth joins Tiller from a strategic management consulting firm in Dublin, Ireland.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Education from Trinity College in Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Jill draws on more than 15 years of event planning experience to expertly manage events and conferences for Tiller clients. She specializes in complex conference logistics, management, and execution.
Jill’s portfolio includes development and management of events with clients in industries spanning technology, hospitality, fashion, financial services, entertainment, and food and wine. Her client roster includes Washington Global Health Alliance, Microsoft, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Sub Pop Records, and the National Organization for Women. She is just as comfortable producing a scientific conference for more than 1,000 attendees as she is discussing floral concepts for an intimate reception.
Prior to joining Tiller, Jill served as events director for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s HIV Vaccine Trials Network, where she led a team that managed multiple simultaneous large-scale conferences, bringing together representatives from 28 offices worldwide. She also held senior event planning roles at Wild Ginger, The Triple Door, and the University of Washington.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
Founder and CEO
Todd oversees business development and works with clients to develop and implement successful strategies to maximize the effectiveness of travel and events. His work includes strategic planning, project management, content development, event planning, and trip management for clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Alliance for Climate Protection, the International Olympic Committee, and the United Nations Foundation.
His extensive portfolio of work includes serving as event director for the Giving Pledge Annual Gathering, protocol manager for four Olympic Games, and associate producer of the 2008 Democratic National Convention. He has also designed and led more than 30 high-level delegation trips in developing countries that have generated support for critical global health and development issues.
Todd began his career in the White House managing international projects for Vice President Gore, and has since worked supporting the global needs of his clients throughout the U.S., Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Todd holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Communications from The George Washington University.
